We hear these questions all the time, and we thought it was time to show you. Next week, we’re heading to market in Dallas, and we’d love for you to come along.
Market is where so much of the magic begins. We spend days exploring showrooms, discovering brands, meeting with our reps, and finding pieces we think you’ll love. We feel the fabrics, check the construction, try things on, and imagine how each piece might work with the clothes you already own.
It’s also a chance to learn. We attend workshops, exchange ideas with other retailers, and come home inspired to make Imogene Was Here even better. It’s exciting, exhausting, and one of our favorite parts of owning a boutique.
Meet our buying team
There are four of us, ranging in age from high school to, well, a little more experienced!
Each of us brings a different perspective to the table. We don’t always agree, and that’s exactly why we shop together. Four sets of eyes help us see possibilities we might otherwise miss.
We want Imogene Was Here to be a place where women of different ages and styles can find something that feels like them.
