How often do you get new pieces?

Every week, in store and online, with monthly drops coming soon. Follow us on Instagram to be first in line.

When will my order ship?

Online orders are fulfilled within 1 to 5 business days and ship via the carrier of our choice. You'll get a tracking number once your order ships.

How much is shipping?

A flat $9 within the United States. Orders over $75 ship free.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

We ship within the United States only, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Can I buy online and pick up in the store?

Absolutely. Select free in-store pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Pick up during regular hours.

What is your return policy?

Returns are open for 14 days from purchase, for store credit. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached, and you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Online returns are issued as store credit once we approve them, and a Shopify account is required to receive it.

How do I start a return?

Email returns@imogenewashere.com, then mail your item with your proof of purchase to PO Box 514, Palisade, CO 81526. You cover return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit.

Which items are final sale?

Sale items, gift cards, plants, special orders and personalized items, food, holiday items, jewelry, sunglasses, drinkware, and self care and hair items and accessories are final sale. Questions? Get in touch.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Check your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or wrong, email returns@imogenewashere.com right away and we'll make it right. We cover return shipping on items damaged in transit, and approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days.

What are your hours?

Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Hours may change seasonally.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes. Buy one in store, or DM us to purchase. Gift cards can be used in store only at this time, and at our sister store, Harlow Lifestyle and Gift. Gift cards are final sale.

Who is your sister store?
